  • Returns: We want you to love your gear. We accept returns and issue full refunds for any manufacturing defects or damaged items reported within 30 days of the purchase date. Because items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.

  • Ownership: All graphics, designs, logos (including the XZAQLI brand patterns), text, and website materials belong exclusively to XZAQLI or our licensors. You may use our site strictly for personal, non-commercial shopping.
