We want you to absolutely love your gear! Because everything in our shop is custom-printed and custom-made just for you, we handle things a little differently than a traditional storefront. Here is everything you need to know:

1. What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing exchanges. However, quality is 100% guaranteed. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or shows a clear quality issue, we will happily send you a replacement or issue a full refund!

  • How to report an issue: Please submit a request through our official website help form within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and attach a clear photo of the item laid flat on a well-lit surface showing the issue. This helps our support team get it sorted for you immediately!

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Product Orders: Yes, but you have to act fast! Look for the modification link in your order confirmation email. You can edit or cancel your order anytime before it moves into production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed.

  • Tips, Donations & Digital Content: These items go toward supporting our brand directly or unlock immediately, so tips, donations, and locked digital messages are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

3. How do refunds work?

Once a refund is approved for a defective item by our support team:

  • PayPal: The funds will appear back in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will show up back in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Depending on where you live, buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and AfterPay may also be available at checkout.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country's customs office. Because these fees vary widely by region, we cannot calculate them in advance, and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Who handles my order?

To ensure the highest quality experience, all customer checkouts, secure payment processing, and order fulfillments are safely handled by our trusted operational and merchandising partners.
